Genesis was founded in late 1987, by Mr. Samuel [Sam] Boneh who has gained vast experience in corporate finance and strategic business development issues, previously serving as an executive in a number of publicly traded companies both in Israel and abroad.
Genesis aims at addressing the investment banking needs of mid-market local and international corporate clients, with a specific focus on capital raising and Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
Genesis' engagements involve assisting the executive management in analyzing and crystallizing winning business development strategies for achieving continuing growth, thereafter assisting implementing said strategy in real time. Among the many aspects examined, a strong emphasis is given to the financial aspects of the business' future growth needs.

RECRUITMENT
We help clients in placing institutional, corporate or other sourced equity, mezzanine and debt capital to finance growth and expansion. We also introduce financing for takeovers, management and partner buyouts, as well as recapitalizations. Genesis further advises private companies on their IPO’S and publicly traded companies on recruiting additional capital through PIPE financing.

ACQUISITIONS
We assist our clients developing and implementing strategies for exits and growth. Based on a pre-defined criteria, we search, identify and contact qualified suitable targets or buyers, then facilitate all aspects of a transaction, including valuation, negotiation, deal structure and financing if and when needed.

ADVISORY
We advise our clients on all aspects of an acquisition or a merger transaction, from developing a winning growth strategy trough setting up the tools for developing & tracing a suitable target list, searching, identifying and selecting qualified targets, providing business and valuation analyses and assisting in all phases of the negotiations towards signing a Definitive Purchase Agreement.

Being among its founding members back in 2009, Genesis is the Israeli partner of AICA - the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors, an integrated global network of middle-market M&A advisory firms.
